How to Fix OneDrive Sync Issues Fast

Follow these proven steps and get your OneDrive files syncing again—no IT degree required.

1️⃣ Check the OneDrive Icon

Solid Blue Cloud: Files are syncing. You’re good.
Paused (❚❚) or Red X (❌): Syncing has stopped. Click the icon and choose Resume syncing.

Open any website—Google works. If it loads, move on. If not:
- 🔄 Reconnect to Wi-Fi
- 🔌 Check your Ethernet cable
- ♻️ Restart your router

Open OneDrive Settings:
- Right-click the OneDrive icon in your system tray and select Settings.
Go to the Account Tab:
