When you request help
The contact form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, and a description of the problem. This information is used to respond, understand the request, and arrange support.
Include only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal or client records. If more information is needed, agree on an appropriate way to share it with Zach.
Where requests are processed
Website requests are sent to Notion, which is used to organize support intake. The website host also processes the request. Contacting Zach directly by phone, text, or email uses the providers for those channels.
Basic request and browser information is used to limit spam and diagnose delivery problems. This includes a derived identifier based on network and browser details, submission timing and counts, and error records when delivery fails.
Records and retention questions
Support requests may remain in the support system after the initial conversation. This notice does not promise an automatic deletion date. To ask how long information about your request is retained, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@zachscomputerservices.com. Any information needed to identify the request and any applicable recordkeeping limits can be discussed with you.
Browser preferences
Your light or dark theme preference is saved in this browser until you clear the site's stored data or change the preference.
If browser storage is unavailable, you can copy the estimate and include it in your request yourself. Clearing site data removes saved preferences and estimates.
Remote support and external links
Launching a remote session opens the separate support service. Google review links also open an external service. These services have their own data handling practices; this website notice does not describe all information processed during a remote session or by an external website.
